There are many examples of competitors traying to follow Metrohouse. We do set standards.
We do not work 9-5. We are open much longer!
Our offices are located in best, high traffic malls: Galeria Mokotów, Arkadia and Zlote Tarasy. There are 60 000 people every day seeing our stores. We work 7 days a week from 10 am to 10 pm.
We implement technology to real estate brokerage
As the only one agency in Poland we use advanced CRM and ERP system linked with CMS allowing for online update of content of our website as well as direct communication by email and sms both ways: agent-client and client-agent.
We employ best agents
We know being an agent in Poland is not best reputable job. That's why we pay a great attention to brand recognition and trainnings. Every agent, every week has trainnings to improve its skills and knowledge on law, market and technologies we use.
